This room can seat 30-36 seated comfortably. Price is unlimited time for the entire day.


Perfect for intimate Bridal/Baby showers, small Office Parties/Meetings & Birthday parties.

This room includes a built in bar area with sink, mini fridge, microwave, family restroom and also access to the patio area.

Cottage

Our Cottage is attached to our back patio area.  It can seat 10-12 comfotably in a family room setting. Its equiped with a kitchenette and private bathroom.  

Used by our brides to get ready for their "big day" but also can be used for intimate bridal/baby showers & meetings.

 Unlimited use of our entire facility plus our new "Bridal Cottage" for those Brides needing a "get ready" space.
  
A 1 hour consultation with our Event Planner is also included two weeks prior to your event to make all event arrangements. 
**Any additional consultations will incur an extra $100 fee

 




Included with your rental fee:

*Round 48 inch tables that can seat 6 chairs, Long 6ft tables & 4 square 34x34 adjustable tables

*Set up and clean up of tables, chairs & floors

*Papergoods such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels & dish/hand soap are included

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your event for any reason.  We do ask for a 60 day notice before your event date to receive your deposit in full. (or advanced payment of $100)
